Introducing Reynold Jay Anschuetz otherwise known as R.J.

Enjoy

I would like to introduce you to a very talented writer named Reynold Jay. Most of his adult career he has worked as a Special Ed. teacher. RJ reports that he discovered late in life that he had a gift for writing hidden deep inside, but never knew it. Once he realized that he could use this gift, he found himself writing about wonderful individuals he had been blessed to care for. You may find the exceptional stories found on hubpages such as of Ben and Arch and Razzel Dazzel.” Many of RJ’s stories are meant to make you laugh, cry and then leave you with something learned.

Once a teacher always a teacher.” SD

So many of RJ’s stories are a mixture of many topics. This is a small look into few of RJ’s  most beloved books.

RJ’s first novel is called, “Watchdogg: Somalia Retribution”  which is now available worldwide  and your kindle.

This story is taken from tomorrow’s headlines. It’s a frightening tale that will
scare you with its chilling back room deals and double-crosses. Who is a friend?
Who is foe? It’s a good thing Watchdogg is here to figure it all out and see that the Admiral’s plan to hijack the world’s oil is waylaid. Should he do it? Can he do it? Let’s hope so.” JR

” Lean Against the WInd” (Seeds From Heaven)

God sees that much of his creation has withered and died. His last hope is that
Earth can be saved and is perhaps all that can be salvaged. He sets upon a
desperate plan in which he sends seeds to Earth that are mankind’s hope for
survival. He sends an archangel to assist the four seeds, the three generations
of the Lancaster family. The Lancaster’s are unaware of their celestial
powers or that they are “seeds” with a godly mission. They go about their lives
believing they are ordinary American citizens in a modern-day world. Each
Lancaster experiences life quite differently and it is only with age that each
begins to understand their unique relation with a higher power. The stories of
self-discovery show the struggles that each encounters as they make their way in
a world that is challenging them at every turn.” JR

The Gold of Mansa Musa (Seeds from Heaven)

The Lancaster family possess divine “gifts” however have no knowledge that they
have been chosen to alter the course of mankind. JR

“Your Personal Treasure Barge
Imagine yourself alive during the time of   Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer, living an easy life on the peaceful banks of the  Mississippi without a care in the world, sitting in the summer sun wondering if
the catfish would take the bait.   As you sat there relaxing, you noticed many   items floating down the river and decided to reach out and try to scoop up   anything that looked interesting. If there were any “law of the river,” it would   probably be that you could keep anything you found floating there unless it was   claimed and identified by the owner who had lost it.   An old boot floated toward you. You retrieved it, and decided to keep it in the event a matching boot came along. When another boot did not appear, you started to learn that the items that floated easily up to the bank were usually nearly worthless. The more interesting things seemed to float by a few feet beyond the river’s edge.   Though you had not intended to get wet, you decided to wade out a few feet   so you could retrieve some floating items of more value to you. After several   days of fishing and retrieving items floating near the bank, you decided that  you were getting things of limited value. You made a plan to venture far out
into the river in search of more valuable floaters”….

  1. I met Reynold Jay when he first signed up for hub pages and was awed by the sensitive way he wrote about the disabled children that he used to teach. I have also just finished reading his book, Lean Against the Wind, and wrote a 5 star review of it on Amazon.com. The characters are heartfelt, it has a terrific subplot and held my attention all the way through. It’s nice to see Reyold Jay being acknowledged on this site and I enjoyed reading bio. I also loved his video which was of a song that he wrote, produced and sang.

  2. RJ, you are a hard working, hard writing man. I always enjoy seeing your posts on HubPages and am happy to know more about you. Congratulations on your success and to many more books!
